The days of God visibly working on earth seem so far gone. A thundering voice from a cloud, fire from heaven, and devastating divine plagues are distant echoes to our modern, contemporary, scientific age. It often looks as though wickedness has won and nothing can rouse God to show His hand publicly.
But don’t be fooled by God’s apparent silence. According to prophecies in the book of Revelation, a day is coming when God will openly display His glory, wrath, and power to every corner of the world. Satan and his demons will show themselves, the battle of all battles will be fought, and unprepared men and women will face terrifying judgment.
